Description


1.Headers form an important part of all types of boilers.

2.Steam from the generating tubes is collected in headers which are therefore always under pressure.

3.This pressure may vary from 300 psi to 2000 psi. Since headers are always under pressure, the utmost care is taken by us while fabricating them.

4.Depending on the generating capacity of the boiler the header sizes fabricated by us vary from 100 mm to 600 mm NB.

5.The stubs of various sizes are very carefully welded to the main body of the header to provide the desired openings from the headers


Quality Control


1. Impact test and Strength calculation report with applied materials information.

2. 100%NDT(non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube and electrode.

3. X-ray, γ-ray and liquid penetrant test inspection report to ensure the quality of the entire boiler.

4. Hydraulic test report: ensure the standard working pressure and safety.

Product process

1.In manufacturing, the key of end cover hinder is welding. Since by manual arc welding, the weld joint is single-side welding without quality guarantee at the ends.

2.Due to large welding workload, frequent return for repair and long working period, it became the throat process of the whole hinder production.

3.When making hinders of the style, we adopt advanced production technique, complete large equipment and mature technology, especially automatic submerged arc welding between hinders and end covers.

4.Such welding methods have high manufacturing efficiency, good quality, beautiful welding shape, safety, reliability, etc.
